Screenshots can be enabled at a configured frequency. The customer decides whether to use them, who has access, and how long they are retained.
This optional feature requires a deliberate customer decision, transparent employee notice, and an appropriate legal basis.
Availability and precision depend on the device, operating system, and permissions. Collection should be limited to a defined business purpose.
Employees or managers can add configured categories such as meetings, calls, travel, or breaks to complete the workday context.
Planned reports may analyze software name, version, publisher, signature, launch events, usage duration, and agent health—not the contents of files, messages, or AI prompts.
