How often do you use Yaware in your manager account? How much time do you spend on Yaware per week?

“I set aside only 15 minutes a day for work in short sessions. Statistics “arrived – left for work”, activity tracking (what time was spent on), schedule settings (manual synchronization) and screenshots are used only in special cases.”

Did you succeed in solving the problem for which Yaware is being used?

For me, the main advantage of Yaware is time tracking, which takes into account the moments of leaving the workplace.

“In our company, the assessment of employee discipline is based on Yaware data. This helps managers and Yaware itself maintain discipline together.”

How is the productivity of employees evaluated in your company?

In our case, coercion drives efficiency. Also, data from Yaware is used to evaluate employees.

What other methods and solutions do you use?

In our experience, we used Jira, as well as self-written admin.

We also considered the possibility of integration, but it is not yet in front of us. However, it may be useful in the future.
