1. Register with Yaware.TimeTracker as a partner

To become a Yaware partner, attract clients, and receive monetary rewards for it, you need to register.
To do this, fill in the fields by providing:

  • first name;
  • last name;
  • email address;
  • password for logging into your partner account;
  • contact phone number;
  • type of cooperation.

Remember your login and password. You will use them repeatedly.

2. Explore your personal account

After registration, you will gain access to your personal account, where you can:

Download tools to promote Yaware.TimeTracker:

  • Banners and buttons;

Check your balance:

Your personal account is a working tool where you will find all the necessary information about your partner activities, as well as materials needed for successfully promoting Yaware.TimeTracker.
In your personal account, you will find the following promotion tools:
Referral link — a link to the Yaware website with your unique code, assigned to you after registering in the partner section. This allows us to track the clients you attract and calculate your reward — payment for each purchase.URL to Yaware website with your unique code
Flyer — a printable promotional material you can use for offline promotion of Yaware.TimeTracker (exhibitions, seminars, conferences, personal client meetings, etc.).
Banners and buttons — images with the Yaware.TimeTracker logo that you can place on your website to attract additional clients. They contain a link with your unique code, allowing us to track clients you attract this way.
Coupon code – a code that gives clients a discount when paying for Yaware.TimeTracker. To get a coupon code, contact us, and we will send it to your email. The discount does not reduce your reward. The discount ranges from 0–10%.
Yaware.TimeTracker description page — a ready-made HTML page containing a detailed description of the service: how it works, features, benefits, sample reports, and pricing.

3. Agree on the terms of cooperation and sign the partnership agreement

After registration, a Yaware Partner Manager will contact you.
Together, you will:

  • Agree on the terms of cooperation;
  • Choose the form of cooperation that suits you best;
  • Discuss the most effective ways for you to promote Yaware.TimeTracker;
  • Sign the partnership agreement.

4. Attract Customers

Attracting clients and earning profits with Yaware is very easy!
To do this:

  • Use your referral link when mentioning Yaware.TimeTracker on forums, blogs, social media, and in your newsletters;
  • Place a banner or button with your unique code on your website (banners in your personal account already include the code);
  • Create a Yaware.TimeTracker description page on your website using the ready-made text;
  • Invite your friends and acquaintances on social media to use Yaware.TimeTracker;
  • Attend various conferences, exhibitions, and forums focused on business development.

5. Receive Your Reward

Once a client pays for using the service and the money is credited to Yaware’s account, your reward will be calculated.
The payment will be reflected in your personal account. To receive your reward, send a message to your manager requesting a withdrawal and provide your payment details.
The more clients you attract, the higher your monetary reward will be.

Payment for Using the Service

1. The client can pay for the service in their personal account (Invoice » Pay).
To do this, they need to specify the number of users, the subscription period, and choose one of the available payment methods.
You can also perform this operation on their behalf.
2. The client can transfer the payment for using the service directly to the company’s bank account.
Contact your manager — they will prepare a contract for you and provide an invoice. Give it to your client for payment.

Reward and Withdrawal of Funds

Once the money is credited to Yaware’s account, your reward will be calculated.
The payment will be reflected in your partner account. To receive your money, send a message to your manager requesting a withdrawal and provide your payment details.
A client can also transfer the payment for the service directly to your bank account. You will then transfer the payment to us minus your reward. In this case, the payment will not be reflected in the partner account.
